Step Through the Looking Glass Into a New World of Overdrive.
Dial in the ideal reflection of your sound with a set of powerful, yet simple controls. You can keep things simple and use the Looking Glass for tone shaping, glassy boost and light overdrive, or go further down the rabbit hole into the raw, psychedelic sounds of a vintage amp pushed to the brink of failure. Featuring a new hybrid of Class-A discrete FET design, the Looking Glass’ asymmetrical clipping is so responsive that it can go from one end of the spectrum to the other with not only a flick of a switch, but with pick attack alone.
The Looking Glass Overdrive is collaboration between DOD and the boutique pedal company SHOE Pedals. Christopher Venter of SHOE Pedals is known for his unique circuits, colorful perspective on classic effects, and minimalist design aesthetic.
Built for maximum versatility, the Looking Glass’ unique Input Filter feature allows the player to tame overly bright guitars and interacts with your guitar’s pickups to help you cut through the mix without shredding the audience’s ears. The versatile, intuitive pre-drive Bass Cut and post-drive Treble controls allow you to retain clarity in the mix or dial in any raunchy raw tone you desire. And, there’s enough output and gain on tap to make even the Red Queen lose her head.
The Looking Glass is true bypass, which allows your guitar tone to remain pristine even when the it is off and the power supply input makes it pedalboard friendly. £159.00
The DOD Carcosa Fuzz is a doorway into an alternate fuzz universe, where classic tones of legend coexist with splattered and shattered Pollock abstractions. Combining the Carcosa’s wide-ranging AFTER bias control with two toggle positions creates tones that range from porcine fatness to dessicated shards. This versatility makes the Carcosa Fuzz a good companion for dirty or clean amps. True bypass, tons of output, and the visage of the King in Yellow sets the stage for fuzzy madness. The DOD Carcosa Fuzz has an exaggerated mid-range and treble character that help it stand out in a mix. It has been designed to cut through a dense and heavy band but still have great note articulation with chords. However, when extreme bias (AFTER) ranges are selected many wild and over-the-top sounds are possible. £119.00
The classic returns, first conceived by David Oreste Defrancesco (DOD’s namesake) in the ’70’s as a way to get distortion and boost without any of the downsides that came with some of the fuzzes of the era. This updated version uses the vintage correct LM741 OpAmp, just like back in the ’70’s. Modern appointments like a tough, light, pedalboard friendly aluminum chassis. standard power input jack, true bypass, LED indicator, and bullion gold powder-coat makes the 250 at home on any pedalboard. £99.00
Designed in collaboration with Black Arts Toneworks, the Boneshaker is a dirty boost coupled with a powerful 3-band semi-parametric EQ. The Boneshaker can smack the front-end your amp into overdrive, or sculpt the tone of your fuzz to stand out in a mix. If your already dirty amp channel needs a little bit of a goose and you want full control over every frequency, the Boneshaker is just the ticket. £149.00
For such a simple layout, there’s a lot going on with the 410. In addition to gobs of boost, there is also a “tilt” tone control, and a unique buffer scheme. When the Buffer Switch is on, it is always on, even when the pedal is in bypass. When the Buffer Switch is off, the pedal is true bypass. This allows the 410 to be used as a buffered boost, unbuffered boost, line driver, stand-alone buffer, and an always-on tone sweetener with or without buffer. More than just More Me! While the 410 is based on the vintage ’70’s 410, it has a lot more tricks up its sleeve. £99.00
More than just an octaver, the Meatbox is a thick-cut subharmonic synthesizer as well. Adding in sub notes so low that you need to be careful not to blow your speakers. A TRS out allows you to split the subharmonic synthesized signal out to the P.A. for teeth-rattling, bone wrenching, bowel-shaking, booty-quaking bass that will rock the house, literally. £149.00
The Whammy Ricochet lets you bounce your playing up or down in pitch in controlled or crazy shifts. A momentary switch and customizable independent rise and fall time ballistics, allow you to get the Whammy action you know and love without the use of a treadle. Just hold your foot on the footswitch and let the Ricochet do the rest. Seven pitch selections – 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, Octave, Double Octave, and Octave+Dry, as well as a toggle to select up or down for the selected pitch.
The Whammy Ricochet also has latching footswitch mode so you can rise or fall to pitch and stay there, and an LED ladder that shows your shift trajectory at all times.

The updated DOD Gonkulator Ring Modulator has all of the clangy, robotic sounds of the infamous ‘90’s era original, but with a far more flexible, adjustable, carrier signal control. The adjustable carrier signal allows you to tune the ring modulation giving you the ability to go from slightly-skewed modulation to wildly, atonal chaos. But wait there is more to the Gonkulator than just off-kilter pendulous tones, the Gonkulator is actually two effects in one! The Gonk has an aggressive distortion circuit to further mangle your guitar’s signal.
The DOD Gonkulator offers independent Gain, Distortion, Output, Frequency and Ring controls. It features true bypass circuitry, an updated PSU jack and vintage-style aluminum chassis. True bypass allows your tone to remain pristine even when the DOD Gonkulator is off. This is a big difference from the original, which would color your bypassed tone and the modern 9V DC power supply input makes the pedal more pedalboard friendly. £129.00
The DOD 440 makes your guitar speak with vowel-like sounds, and cry with slow-filter sweeps that react to your pick attack. The new addition of the up and down switch lets you choose which part of the sweep you want to emphasize. Guitarists will love the “UP” setting for classic envelope quack. Bassists will love the “DOWN” setting for big dub sub thunder. The 440 is back and the neighborhood will never be the same.
The DOD Envelope Filter 440 has Level and Range controls. Level controls the sensitivity of the envelope; adjust this control to tailor the triggering of the filter based upon your pick attack. With a higher sensitivity, a lower signal will affect the envelope’s effect. In other words, with a higher sensitivity you don't have to pluck as hard to make the effect audible. Range controls the range of movement of the envelope’s sweep. Counter-clockwise sweeps more low frequencies. Clockwise sweeps more high frequencies.
The Voice switch allows you to choose which part of the filter sweep you want to emphasize. True bypass allows your guitar tone to remain pristine even when the new DOD 440 is off. This is a big difference from the original which would color your bypassed tone. The modern 9V DC power supply input make the pedal more pedalboard friendly. £105.00
